Are you feeling a teeny bit guilty for all the must-have purchases you recently made from the Nordstrom early access sale? I know the feeling and here’s a quick remedy. Shop the men’s sale and help your man be super stylish in something you love on him. It’s sure to make your feel better…I promise!
I want to apologize for my inconsistent posts as of late. I made a conscious decision to ‘unplug’ for most of December to focus on some personal matters and I’m just getting back to blogging.
I’ve been obsessed with the ‘lob’ (long bob) and recently chopped off lots of hair to achieve this look. I especially love the wavy lob which is pretty easy to style with my naturally wavy hair. Here’s a collage of the inspiration which prompted my haircut.
Thank you for reading! Happy Wednesday. Be stylish and be well. xo
When it comes to holiday shopping, it’s practically a hobby for me. However, even a fashionista like me struggles when it comes to the guys. So, here are a few items I’ve snatched up which I’m very excited about. I LOVE these super cool sneakers which are on sale! In fact, I wish Cole Haan made these for women as well because how cute would his and hers sneakers be? My favorite item, which I can’t live without, are skullcandy earphones. I have the 50/50 and Titan. The sound quality is so unbelievable and which almost complete noise reduction!
My apologies for not putting together a shopping post for Black Friday and Cyber Monday! Please forgive me as I had a busy Thanksgiving. I hope you took advantage of all the sales and had a thrill finding all the steals.
This season has been all about oversized sweaters, capes, and coats. And I’m very grateful for this trend as there’s nothing more comforting than cocooning in oversized and cozy pieces!
A quick hello from Napa to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow. I’m working on a shopping post to help you with Black Friday and Cyber Monday holiday shopping. Until then, be stylish and be well! xo
Sweater: Skull Cashmere (Neiman Marcus in stores only), Skirt: Vince
Ombré, adjective: having tones of color that shade into each other, graduating from light to dark.
Remember when Gwen Stefani rocked a stunning ombré wedding dress? And now, ombré has migrated beyond the fashion arena transcending into nails, hair, evencakes and staircases. I have always loved the visual impact of ombré. In fact, so much so I’m wearing an ombré dress with ombré hair! And as if this sweater dress didn’t pack enough punch, I added lace to the hemline.
Are you at all surprised I’m cozying up to this poncho? It’s chunky, comfortable, and a fantastic layering piece. (Not to mention on sale too!) It’s exactly the kind of winter essential for a perfectly, nonchalant style. If you love army green as much as I do, you’ll love this one. And, if you are willing to make a little investment, this classic camel poncho is my ultimate favorite.
I’ve been cozying up to all things knits lately. So I paired this warm, neutral cardigan with one of my favorite lace dresses. You may remember I blogged this dress in black before. It’s a great dress for any season. I love it in this green color for the holidays.
Happy Wednesday! Be stylish and be well. xo
