Happy Friday! Although I love the look of peplum, the silhouette isn’t spot on for my body type. In proportion to my build, I have broad shoulders, full chest, straight waist, and narrow hips. So to have a top which is cut high on the chest, cinched at the waist, and flared at the hips is the perfect, anti-trifecta. LOL! In spite of it, I’ve wanted to feature a peplum look so when I stumbled across this top specifically for petites, I knew this is would be as close as I’d get to pulling off this look. I was drawn to the geometric polka dot print because of its dramatic demure effect. So I paired it with a pleated school girl skirt in leather to reiterate that same dramatic, demure girly vibe. Thanks for dropping by. I hope you enjoyed this look. Have a great weekend!
